The Multitasker's Beauty Secret | At Home Teeth Whitening

Hello Y’all!

Where did the month go?? February was a blast with tons of traveling, projects and fun memories. And March is set up to be just as full if not fuller! One of my goals for 2019 was to take more time for myself and my health, but as we go deeper into the year, the harder it seems to find time to go to the gym daily let alone everything else. I am definitely running on coffee to get it all done!

I pride myself at being an avid multitasker. Having a load of laundry going while I check emails or doing the dishes when dinner is finishing in the oven, but one place I haven't been able to multitask is self-care. With all the coffee I have been consuming I needed to take the time to take better care of myself and my teeth. I was so excited when Smile Brilliant reached out about trying their product because it's an at-home whitening treatment — whitening my teeth while writing and editing? Count me in.

I love the fact that everything was delivered to my door and had super easy directions to make and get my custom trays. I use to try generic whitening strips but found it hard to do anything because if you talk the strip moves and just a mess, but with the full trays I could speak, make plans with my mom and go about my day. Being able to add it easily to my beauty routine made myself actually do it and have successful results. I don't know about you, but when I have to add something to my actual routine, it probably won't happen. It takes just minutes to set up, and then I work through my to-do list until my phone timer goes off. That simple! Multitasking my teeth whitening has seriously made all the difference. And my smile is brighter, and I feel more confident because of it.

And Smile Brilliant wants to share these results with you too! Enter the giveaway to win your own kit! Don't want to wait until the giveaway ends to try it? Use code southernspirations15 for 15% OFF!!!
