Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Hello, Y'all!

I am so excited to share that my friend and wiz in the kitchen Virginia launched her food-centered blog last week,Virginia Hornbuckle Cooks! For the last couple of months, I have had a blast taking photos, trying new recipes and teaching Virginia all about blogging, social media and how to create a website on her own! After having so much fun sharing my tips and tricks with her I have decided to share my knowledge with other bloggers with a blog resource section, coming to the website soon. This section will have free articles and video content to give y'all tools I wish I had when I started out. But if you want one on one specific help and training check out some of my current options.

But now back to the real reason you clicked on this post...the fresh and delicious Mediterranean Tuna Salad! Virginia made this salad last week (one of the many lunches I have enjoyed at her house), and I had to share some of the fun pictures from the shoot! I loved the bright colors and textures of this croutons based salad. The tuna salad was not your grandma's tuna salad, thick with mayo and other condiments. This tuna salad was light and perfect switch for the summer months. Head over to Virginia Hornbuckle Cooks for the printable recipe card! If you want to know her tips on making croutons or cutting technique tips, jump on over to her little corner of the internet.

Bon Appetit!!
