Hello Y'all,
This new chapter has a lot of adjustments, but one of the latest benefits from moving back home has been the proximity to my favorite city in the whole world, Charleston. I have already made a couple of trips downtown to take photos and enjoy long walks soaking up the history. Yesterday Eloise made her first adventure to the city, and I would say she enjoyed herself, walking from Market street all the way to the Battery, past Rainbow Row and back, all around we went! We both slept well last night lol.
I love walking past the homes along The Battery, such an iconic spot in this historical city. If I am going on a run or just a leisurely walk, I mindlessly end up on the same path past these gorgeous houses. The other day was an example of the perfect Fall day, not a cloud in the sky and only 75 degrees, an ideal day for a classic white blouse and my trusty Jack Rogers booties while enjoying a blissful moment downtown.
